Terms and Conditions

Submitting an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

1.    All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions.

2.    The Picture Frames Express Photo Competition is open to residents of the UK, except for employees of Picture Frames Express their families or anyone else associated with this competition.

3.    The competition is open to all ages but if you are under 16, you will be required to supply a valid signed parental or legal guardian consent form if successful in winning.

4.    The judge's decision is final and there will be no correspondence regarding the chosen winner.

5.    Entries should be submitted via Facebook. Entrants must 'Like' the Picture Frames Express Facebook page and submit their entry via the entry form on the Facebook page.

6.    Entries are limited to one per person. If more than one entry is submitted by a single person, only the first will be eligible to win the competition.

7.    Minor digital manipulation is acceptable but please keep to a minimum so that the submitted picture is a true representation of the scene as it was when captured.

8.    Entries should not feature any infringing, threatening, abusive, obscene or pornographic content and not contain any personally identifiable information about you or others.

9. Picture Frames Express withholds the right to reject/moderate any image it deems inappropriate for the competition without notice or explanation.

10.    All photos submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them, who must also be the copyright-holder. Each entrant is responsible for ensuring any image they submit has been taken with the permission of the subject and does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.

11.  By submitting an entry, you are granting Picture Frames Express permission to feature your image on their site, blog and any other websites or promotional materials connected to this competition, although all copyright for the image remains with the respective entrant.

12.  All entries must be received by the advertised closing date.

13.  Each month, the winner will be announced and featured in a blog post on the Picture Frames Express blog.

14.  The winner will be notified within fourteen days of the closing date of each month's competition.

15.  The winner will receive a voucher for £200, the first runner-up will receive a voucher for £50. Both will be redeemable at www.pictureframesexpress.co.uk only. No cash or other alternatives are available.

16.  Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Picture Frames Express and accordingly may at its absolute discretion to vary or amend the promotion. The entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Picture Frames Express if this occurs.

17.  This competition is being run within the guidelines set out by Facebook regarding competitions on their network and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. The promoter is Frame Express Picture Framers Ltd.
