Unbelievable service! Two fairly sizeable Oak frames complete with double mounts ordered online late afternoon on the Monday and, after a quick call to see if there was any possibility the manufacture time (very short anyway compared to highstreet framers) could be further reduced, the items arrived Wednesday just after midday! Clearly the word 'Express' in Frame Express is absolutely appropriate! I am delighted with the product and my only regret is that I didn't come across this company sooner. I have used framing shops for years and usually had to wait several weeks. I had a phone call from you on Wednesday to confirm a couple of sizes, which it turns out I had measured incorrectly, the gentleman I spoke to changed the order and informed me it would be shipped that day, my parcel arrived before 9am Christmas Eve. What a stunning service!! I had loads of pictures and watercolours waiting for framing but after getting just one done in Edinburgh last year I had worked out I needed another mortgage for this lot. Ordered 15 frames from you - almost all unique, some with mounts etc, and received everything within 3 days..... all were just perfect, and at incredible value too!
