Service rating : The frame i bought from this company arrived out square by 4mm so my art the mount etc would not fit. When i spoke to PFE i got questioned and asked to provide pictures and even though i told Lucy that i have been in the wood industry for over 30 years i was then told they would have it picked up and checked before they would tell me what they was going to do, i said its out square you cant make it square i should be sent a new frame but no i had to wait for them to check it....guess what it was out square and now i have to wait for the replacement to be made i waited a week and herd nothing and it was only when i spoke to them again that they said it was being dispatched that day mmmmmm yeah right. So I've got the new frame and this order is now delt with.

Before ordering 2 frames, mounts (one a double thick mount to keep uneven surface away from the "glass") + ancillary supplies to complete the job I rang to check I could collect within a week. Received email next day to say order ready for collection. Followed on-line instructions and the framed paintings look great.

Service rating : Automated and rather anonymous but clearly efficient and effective: perfect product, perfect service, no complaints! Product : We had to jiggle about with the various options on the website to make the sizes right for our poster before we confirmed our order. The frame arrived promptly with perhaps a little more packaging than needed to keep it safe. We followed instructions for fitting the hangers and placing the poster and it fitted perfectly to the millimetre! Take care to work in an area free of dust and hairs since static may cause them to stick to the plastic and then require a fishing expedition to remove them. The poster and frame now hang in pride of place on a previously plain and boring wall.

Saying that I was able to buy the correct size at a good discount so thank you for that. Product : Whet lovely frames these are. I bought 8 of them, all different sizes and my pictures look as though done professionally. I went for the light real oak and that’s what I got. They are solid snd we had to use the drill to put the hanging loops on them. My sister paid to get hers framed and was very impressed and asked for the website to get her final picture done. Her professional framed ones cost more than double the cost of mine. If you are happy to do it yourself you won’t go wrong with using this company.

I wanted a double aperture picture frame which I thought I had ordered and the company when they saw my order double checked as that’s what they thought- it the order hadn’t come through exactly as intended - so this check was wonderful and then it was delivered very quickly afterwards.
