Service rating : Whilst the frames are of a very good quality, I was disappointed by the turnaround time. Having contacting the framers prior to order, asking if the frames would be ready in time for an event (and being reassured as much), the frames took well over two weeks to arrive - missing the event they were destined for by a full week. (Ordered May 13, arrived May 30). Had I thought they would have taken so long to arrive (as this was a repeat order, and the first had arrived quickly) I'd have gone elsewhere. Suffice it to say that Frames Express have lost a customer. Whilst I'm sure that this is not common, better communication (i.e. an email to say that my order had been delayed due to the amount of orders received), would have been appreciated and maybe I could have made alternative arrangements. I was struggling to find a lightweight frame for displaying a maritime chart. These bespoke frames are lightweight, reasonably priced and delivered much quicker than expected. Got some command stickers to support the frames, but the manufacturers supplied fixing was actually much better.
