Service rating : The frame i bought from this company arrived out square by 4mm so my art the mount etc would not fit. When i spoke to PFE i got questioned and asked to provide pictures and even though i told Lucy that i have been in the wood industry for over 30 years i was then told they would have it picked up and checked before they would tell me what they was going to do, i said its out square you cant make it square i should be sent a new frame but no i had to wait for them to check it....guess what it was out square and now i have to wait for the replacement to be made i waited a week and herd nothing and it was only when i spoke to them again that they said it was being dispatched that day mmmmmm yeah right. So I've got the new frame and this order is now delt with.

Service rating : Automated and rather anonymous but clearly efficient and effective: perfect product, perfect service, no complaints! Product : We had to jiggle about with the various options on the website to make the sizes right for our poster before we confirmed our order. The frame arrived promptly with perhaps a little more packaging than needed to keep it safe. We followed instructions for fitting the hangers and placing the poster and it fitted perfectly to the millimetre! Take care to work in an area free of dust and hairs since static may cause them to stick to the plastic and then require a fishing expedition to remove them. The poster and frame now hang in pride of place on a previously plain and boring wall.

They are solid snd we had to use the drill to put the hanging loops on them. My sister paid to get hers framed and was very impressed and asked for the website to get her final picture done. I had custom made ones and unfortunately I ordered using the measurements sent to me with the pictures by a reputable USA art gallery which are wrong! so be sure to double check before you order. Service rating : As already stated, Express usually means next day. Here it is about a week. They are clear about this on their website, but it does catch people out. I have found them very helpful on the phone too. Product : I like Picture Frame Express as they have such a good range of float frames for canvases. The quality seems good. They come with all fixings. Expect to wait at least a week - we have come to expect Express to mean next day, but that is not the case. Postage is high on a single frame, so try to order multiple to keep costs down.
