I was initially sent the wrong frame accidentally. As soon as I called customer services they were I could tell they were very apologetic and worked hard to trace my original order. Despite trying to have the incorrect one collected so they could be swapped and this not working due to Royal Mail, they proceeded to make a replacement frame and sent it very quickly. Excellent customer service

So because my last experience wasn't great before i made an order i contacted PFE to see if they would be so nice to give me a small discount which they did or so i thought. i bought. 1 x mount 4 x frames 2 x plexiglass I couldn't order from the site i was sent an invoice to pay (note i didn't check the invoice my mistake! but i did check the amount and it was what i was expecting for the item spoken about)
So as usual with this company you normally have to wait weeks for your items to come (the new company i use less then 3 days!)
well weeks went by so i chased them up and was told i have it the next day, well it didn't come so i have to call again only to find out my order has been sent to the wrong address which they said it will get sent back to them then they would send if out to me WHAT?? why not just send it straight from the wrong address to me surely this makes more sense and lets be honest less couriers involved (which i was right about) So again we are waiting i think another couple of weeks.
So it finally turns up now remember 4 frames and other bits so it quite a sizable parcel well it come in a an old bike box!!! what!! this is why i say run from a shed. They did try and keep the item safe with a bit of bubble wrap but as you can see but the pictures every single frame was damaged AND there was 1 piece of plexigalss missing which lets go back to the invoice was missing off that soooooo that where my discount was!! Maybe if they hadn't 4 couriers throw the box about they may have came undamaged who knows.
So of course im now done with the so called company it all got sent back and i got a refund eventually.
As i said i found another company ordered the very same stuff yes it was a tad more expensive but i got it in 3 days! packed perfect in a proper box new not a reused bike box probably scavenged from halfords.
