Working through the design process on their website I was able to choose the overall frame size, colour and shape; the backing type and colour; the glass; whether the frame was to hang or stand up; the number, size and shape of the apertures, and the space round them. When I contacted the company & said I needed the frame delivered quickly it arrived the following day, so an excellent service. However, I’m not sure how the seller could make this easier for the customer.

My only issus on this occasion is that I ordered the exact same specifications as a previous order, but there is a marked difference in the grain and colour of the most recent frame, I'm aware there can be variations when using natural materials, but when I opened the box I thought it was a wrong order/different wood completely. So if you intend to have multiple frames its probably best to buy all at once to limit variations or be aware that you may not be able to hang your frame next to another due to these differences.

It comes with the necessary fixings, but they're not attached to the frame – you have to do that yourself, so need a screwdriver. That's the only reason I didn't give it five stars.
