Service rating : The website has lots of useful information on sizing your frame correctly. All the frames I have ordered have been good quality. They can take a few days to arrive but, on this occasion, I paid a little extra and the delivery was very quick (48 hours). I can't comment on customer service with regard to problems, because I've had no issue with frames, delivery, or packaging to date.
Product : Nice frame. It has a low profile, so is ideal for a hall or staircase. I paid a little extra for, what I hoped would be, a quick delivery, and I received it two days later. Very happy.

Product : I needed a very specific frame and mount to create a personalised leaving gift. The capacity Frames Express gives to assemble exactly what’s needed from a vast range of sizes, styles and colours is just brilliant. Their on-screen colour and detail depictions are true to life. My order arrived in just a few days, carefully packed and perfectly to spec. This is my third or fourth frame from them and every one has been exactly as I hoped. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I feel it was quite expensive and expected a much better quality frame - it was very flimsy and difficult to keep in place when inserting the picture. It was a very large frame and needed much firmer backing, not the wobbly, flimsy one provided - very disappointed
