Service rating : Service was excellent. The lady I spoke to on the phone before I placed my order was very helpful and friendly. The online ordering process was straightforward, and plenty of space for notes to the framers, which I appreciated. I have forgotten exactly how many, but the delivery of the frame was only a few days from ordering. The frame was very well packed in recycled packaging.
Product : I am very pleased with the frame. It is well made, and arrived in only a few days. The size was exactly as I had requested, with the tolerance erring in the larger direction, also as requested. The retention clips at the back had been placed exactly where I had asked for as well. All at a very reasonable price. The lady that I spoke to on the phone before ordering was lovely and very helpful. I will be back next time I need a frame.

I’ve always recommended Picture Frames Express because their frames are accurately sized, look great, come at a great price and the icing in the cake is they don’t charge ridiculous delivery prices to residents living on the mainland in Scotland. First time I’ve ordered this white frame and really impressed with it!

Product : A wonderful frame. Excellent service. Good price. Easy to order on-line and quick to send out. I buy it natural and paint with Farrow & Ball Cornforth White Eggshell. I glue my painting to their MDF board which I paint with the same Cornforth White Eggshell. I float my oil paintings (done on board) in the frame adding 3cm to the size of the board when placing the order. That way it floats perfectly with .5cm spacing all around.
