The frame is just as expected from the web site. Well packaged for shipping. Very good quality, all corners perfectly matched. It does come with a plexi-glass insert instead of glass which makes the frame much lighter and easier to hang.

Product : This is a repeat order. These frames are fabulous - excellent value, but more important, a superb design and excellent quality. I gave four stars rather than five this time because two of the six frames were slightly twisted, although I was able to straighten them out myself. |

Product : More of than not, you'll get a quality frame. However on two occasions, frames have arrived scratched and poorly constructed. Customer service does not go above and beyond. Damaged frames have to sent back and 'inspected' for damage before you get a refund. This is coming from a loyal customer. |

Service rating : The website has lots of useful information on sizing your frame correctly. All the frames I have ordered have been good quality. They can take a few days to arrive but, on this occasion, I paid a little extra and the delivery was very quick (48 hours). I can't comment on customer service with regard to problems, because I've had no issue with frames, delivery, or packaging to date.
