Our working week is Monday to Friday, an order is processed the following day.
The schedules exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays, they are based on past
performance and offered in good faith, as there are factors outside of our control
the schedules are offered as estimates and are not guarantees of service.
If you require an order for a critical date such as a presentation, exhibition or gift
it is essential to call or email before you place an order to ensure the lead can be met.

An E-mail and an SMS is sent to you to confirm your order has been collected by the courier with the day and date of the delivery and a Tracking number.

An SMS message is sent to you to confirm the delivery with the option to re-schedule / leave with a neighbour or to collect from your local post office. A Second SMS is sent with an approximate 90 minute window of delivery times Your order will then be delivered and a signature will be required. |
