Refund and Return
We are a caring, customer orientated company and we try our very best to ensure the products we manufacture get to you in perfect condition. Although rare, errors may occur. In the event of an error we aim to resolve it as swiftly as possible to minimise inconvenience and to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and our service.
We are a manufacturer and stock holder of picture frame moulding and picture mount material, all picture frame and picture mount products are tailor made / personalised to your specification.

1.We do not accept return or refund tailor-made or personalised items.
2.If you have received items which are defective in material, workmanship, not to specification, damaged in transit or otherwise you must inform us within two days of signature of goods and allow us good time to collect, inspect and replace the goods.
3.Unused accessories may be returned to us at your expense within 7 days in the original packaging.
If the items are in perfect condition and ready for re-sale, we will refund the cost of the item(s) back onto the payment method immediately.
4.If items are returned by the consumer because they are not of a satisfactory standard in opinion but we the manufacturer believe the goods to be of a satisfactory standard we reserve the right to refund only part of the amount paid to cover expenses such as initial manufacture, postage, re-collection and re-manufacture ( if applicable ).
5.If items are returned without incident documentation, the goods will be held for a period of 4 weeks then disposed of.
